IT Contract definition

IT Contract means any third party contract under which an IT System is licensed, leased, supplied, maintained or supported;
IT Contract means any material contract for the provision of information and communications technology (including hardware, software, databases) services and maintenance services to the Company Parties.
IT Contract means any Contract for the provision of information and communications technology (including hardware, software, databases) services and maintenance services to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries. “IT Contract Supplier” means any third party supplier that is contractually obliged to provide information and communications technology services (including services with respect to hardware, software and databases) and maintenance services to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries under any IT Contract.

IT Contract means any arrangements and agreements relating to the IT Systems to which the Sellers are a party, including but not limited to Software Licences and any development agreements, escrow agreements, and support and maintenance agreements that relate to the IT Systems;
IT Contract means any material agreement, arrangement or licence with a third party relating to IT Systems, material meaning for the purposes of this definition an agreement, arrangement or licence exceeding a value of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Euro (€ 250,000);
IT Contract means any contract under which (i) a Group Member grants or receives any rights that involve an IT System; or (ii) an IT System is licensed, leased, supplied, maintained or supported.
IT Contract shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.23(a).
