JAMS Comprehensive Rules. (except as modified herein). Each Party acknowledges and agrees that this Reinsurance Agreement constitutes a pre-dispute written contractual provision requiring the Parties to arbitrate their dispute and claims and specifying JAMS administration. If the Arbitrators are chosen by the Parties but fail to agree upon the selection of a Chair within thirty (30) calendar days following notice of appointment as provided herein, the Chair shall be determined by the process specified in the JAMS Comprehensive Rules, provided that the Chair candidates shall be from the list of available neutrals in the Los Angeles office of JAMS.
