Java Test Suites definition

Java Test Suites means the applicable test suites associated with each Technology, as may be revised by Sun during the Term.

  • This License applies only to versions of Products that have successfully completed the compliance testing in accordance with the Java Test Suites (or Technology Compatibility Kit or TCK) as defined in the SATCK, and which otherwise fully comply with all other compliance requirements of the SATCK, including without limitation any required audit of test results.

  • At least thirty (30) days prior to Licensee's distribution of the first copy of each release of a Product bearing the Technology Compliance Logo, Licensee shall provide Notice to Oracle certifying that such Product has successfully completed the compliance testing in accordance with the Java Test Suites (or Technology Compatibility Kit or TCK) and otherwise fully complies with all other compliance requirements of the SATCK.

  • Changes to Java Test Suites to correct errors shall not be counted against the limitation to four (4).

  • SUN shall not publish more than four (4) versions of such Java Test Suites in any one (1) calendar year, without the consent of Licensee, which consent shall not be unreasonably delayed or denied.

  • SUN shall use reasonable efforts to review any changes to such Java Test Suites as much in advance as possible with Licensee, but failure of SUN to do so shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement and shall not invalidate any such Java Test Suite published by SUN.

  • Licensee shall use a logo specified by SUN that indicates compatibility with the Java Test Suites (the "Java Compatibility Logo") in a trademark manner on all Licensee Product(s) distributed hereunder.

  • Without the consent of Licensee, which consent shall not be unreasonably delayed or denied, SUN shall not supply more than four (4) versions of such Java Test Suites in any one (1) calendar year.

  • In no event can OEM Licensee use the Compatibility Logo with an OEM Product that includes or is used, marketed or distributed in connection with an implementation of a Java specification if such implementation has not passed Sun's Java Test Suites in compliance with Sun's compatibility requirements.

  • This OEM License applies only to versions of OEM Products which (i) incorporate TLDA Licensee Products that have successfully passed the applicable Java Test Suite and meet all of the compatibility requirements of the TLDA and (ii) continue to pass any such applicable Java Test Suites.

  • Licensee shall use a logo specified by SUN that indicates compatibility with the Java Test Suites (the “Java Compatibility Logo”) in a trademark manner on all Licensee Product(s) distributed hereunder.
