Joint Development Operations definition

Joint Development Operations means Development Operations in which all Development Parties participate and/or in which a Joint Entity participates.

Examples of Joint Development Operations in a sentence

  • Not later than twenty (20) days prior to the commencement of each Calendar Quarter during the term of this Agreement, Joint Development Operator shall provide the Development Parties a statement of the estimated Development Costs to be incurred in such Calendar Quarter pursuant to this Agreement, including Development Costs associated with Joint Development Operations.

  • Not later than twenty (20) days prior to the commencement of each Calendar Quarter during the term of this Agreement, Joint Development Operator shall provide the Development Parties and Joint Entities a statement of the estimated Development Costs to be incurred in such Calendar Quarter pursuant to this Agreement, including Development Costs associated with Joint Development Operations.

Related to Joint Development Operations

  • Development Operations means operations carried out for or in connection with the development of a mine and includes -

  • Joint Operations means all operations necessary or proper for the development, operation, protection and maintenance of the Joint Property.
