Where the CP wishes calls to be made across the KCOM Network the CP will enter into a separate agreement with KCOM for the provision of that service.
If the fault is not attributable to the KCOM Network the CP will be liable for Time Related Charges as set out in the Price List.
KCOM may suspend the Services where reasonably necessary to protect the operation of the KCOM Network.
These services are available as single (DEL) and Multiline Auxiliary options and calls can be made across the KCOM Network or another Communications Provider’s network through Indirect Access.

If You do not promptly take such steps then We shall be entitled to take all reasonable steps to protect the KCOM Network including the suspension and/or termination of the Services or any part of the Services.
CP shall and shall ensure that End Users shall ensure that any equipment connected to the KCOM Network conforms to any standards in force from time to time as stipulated by any law or regulation, or as required by KCOM for connection of End User Equipment to the KCOM Network.
Under no circumstances should laser power levels above those defined in KCOM’s Customer Interface Publications, including but not limited to CIP044 be applied to any part of the KCOM Network.
Any laser power levels identified as being above the safe limit will be immediately isolated from the KCOM Network.
