Keeyask Generating Station definition

Keeyask Generating Station means the proposed hydro-electric generating station forming part of the Keeyask Project and consisting of a complex of structures, including the powerhouse, spillway, dam, dyke and transition structures, used in the production of electricity.

  • It is expressly acknowledged and agreed that with respect to the General Partner’s obligations to maintain, operate and dispatch the Keeyask Generating Station, that in operating, maintaining and dispatching in the best interests of the Integrated Power System, providing that it is doing so in accordance with the contractual commitments and, where applicable, the standards, to which Hydro has agreed as set out in the JKDA, the General Partner is not in breach of its obligations to the Limited Partnership.

  • This shall include all records required by any Applicable Reliability Organization to maintain accredited capacity for the Keeyask Generating Station.

  • Keeyask Power Limited Partnership construction costs for Keeyask Generating Station for the billing period (monthly) as per details on page 2.
