Key Sub-Contract definition
Key Sub-Contract means each Sub-Contract with a Key Sub-Contractor;
Key Sub-Contract each Sub-contract with a Key Sub-contractor;

Where the Supplier wishes to enter into a new Key Sub-Contract or replace a Key Sub-Contractor, it must obtain the prior written consent of the Authority and the Customer (the decision to consent or otherwise not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed).

Key Sub-Contract means a Sub-Contract entered into with a Key Sub-Contractor;
Key Sub-Contract. Key Personnel" means each Sub-Contract with a Key Sub-Contractor; Key personnel requirements (A) Certain skilled experienced professional and/or technical personnel are essential for successful contractor accomplishment of the work to be performed under this contract. These are defined as "Key Personnel" and are those persons whose resumes were submitted for evaluation of the proposal. The contractor agrees that such personnel shall not be removed from the contract work or replaced without compliance with paragraphs (b) and (c) hereof.
Key Sub-Contract means each Sub-contract with a Key Sub-Supplier; "Key Sub-contractor" (a) each of the Sub-contractors listed in schedule 4.3 (Notified Sub-contractors); (b) any Sub-contract with a Sub-Supplier replacing any Key Sub-Supplier listed in schedule 4.3 (Notified Sub-Suppliers); (c) any Sub-contractor which in the opinion of the Authority performs a business critical role in the provision of the Services; (d) any Sub-contractor with a Sub-contract with a contract value in excess of 10% of the aggregate Charges payable under this Contract;
