L/C Sublimit definition
L/C Sublimit has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex B.
L/C Sublimit has the meaning provided in Section 2.01(b).
L/C Sublimit means an amount equal to $10,000,000. The L/C Sublimit is a part of, and not in addition to, the Revolving Committed Amount.

Any termination of the Revolving Credit Commitments below the L/C Sublimit or the Swingline Sublimit then in effect shall reduce the L/C Sublimit and Swingline Sublimit, as applicable, by a like amount.
