Labs Apps definition

Labs Apps means any pre-release, alpha or “Smartsheet Labs” Apps that Smartsheet may make available to Customer separately from the Subscription Service.

Examples of Labs Apps in a sentence

  • Smartsheet may make Labs Apps available to all users of the Subscription Service.

  • Labs Apps are made available without charge and are not part of the Subscription Service.

  • Customer acknowledges that use of the Labs Apps is at Customer’s sole risk and responsibility, and access to the Labs Apps may be terminated at any time.

  • Customer Users are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Labs Apps during the Term for Customer’s internal business purposes, pursuant to the terms and conditions herein.

  • Customer acknowledges that the Subscription Service, Training Resources, Labs Apps, and Community Features may experience periods of downtime, including but not limited to scheduled maintenance.

  • Labs Apps are experimental, trial applications that may malfunction or cease to be available at any time.

  • Labs Apps are not required in order to use the Online Service and are not part of the Online Service, even if you elect to integrate them with the Online Service.

  • Customer Users are granted a worldwide, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Labs Apps during the Term for Customer’s internal business purposes, pursuant to the terms and conditions herein.

  • As used in this Agreement, the term “Online Service” excludes Labs Apps.

  • The specific features of the Online Service, the documentation we provide to you in connection with it, and the Labs Apps and Smartsheet APIs are our Confidential Information.

Related to Labs Apps

  • Access Application means an application for Access Rights as described in section 3.7;

  • SAP Application(s) means all Packages (i.e. all Software and Third Party Software) licensed under the Agreement and/or SAP cloud services for which Customer has a valid subscription, excluding User Interfaces for ERP, SAP Technology Solutions and all database Packages.

  • Metadata includes all information created manually or automatically to provide meaning or context to other data.

  • Software Application means a digital product or service as defined in Article 2, point 13, of Regulation (EU) …/… [on contestable and fair markets in the digital sector (Digital Markets Act)];

  • APIs means SAP application programming interface and accompanying or related Documentation, source code, tools, executable applications, libraries, subroutines, widgets and other materials made available by SAP or through SAP tools or SAP Software Development Kit (and all derivative works or modifications thereof) to Provider that allow Provider to integrate the Provider Service with the Cloud Service, including any access code, authentication keys or similar mechanisms to enable access of the APIs.
