Latest Time for Acceptance means 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 28 April 2021, or such other time and date as the Company may announce, being the latest time for the acceptance of, and payment for, the Rights Shares;

Latest Time for Acceptance means 4:00 p.m. on the Acceptance Date, being the latest time for acceptance of the offer of and payment for the Rights Shares traded on the Stock Exchange as to be described in the Prospectus, or such later time as the Company and the Underwriters may agree in writing, provided that if there is a “black” rainstorm warning. a tropical cyclone warning signal number 8 or above and/or extreme conditions in force in Hong Kong: (i) at any local time before 12:00 noon and no longer in force after 12:00 noon on such a day, the Latest Time for Acceptance will be extended to 5:00 p.m. on the same Business Day; and (ii) on such day at any time between 12:00 noon and 4:00 p.m., the Latest Time for Acceptance will be postponed to 4:00 p.m. on the next Business Day which does not have either of those warnings in force in Hong Kong at any time between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.;
