Launch Services Contract definition

Launch Services Contract means the launch services contract dated 5 September 2007 (as amended and restated on 9 March 2010 and from time to time and as further amended) and made between the Borrower and the Launch Services Provider for the launching into low earth orbit of the Satellites through four (4) SOYUZ launch vehicles, with an option for four (4) other similar launches.

Related to Launch Services Contract

  • Services Contract means an agreement for the provision of Services entered into with a Provider by one or more of the Partners in accordance with the relevant Individual Scheme. Service Users means those individual for whom the Partners have a responsibility to commission the Services. SOSH means the Secretary of State for Health.
