Liability Coverage Section means the Directors, Officers and Organization Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Information Risk and Recovery and Employed Lawyers Professional Liability Coverage Sections of this Policy, if purchased as stated in ITEM 3 of the Declarations.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, each claim under a Third Party Liability Coverage Section must be reported as soon as reasonably practicable after an executive officer becomes aware of such claim, but in no event, later than sixty (60) days after the end of the policy period.
