Library Page definition

Library Page is a library employee whose primary functions involve minimal responsibility such as shelving books, unpacking shipments of books, checking in and checking out library materials, checking and cleaning films in the video department, and maintaining shelf order. In addition, no more than twenty-five percent (25%) of these employees' scheduled work time may be spent performing minor clerical duties of a routine nature entailing minimal responsibility.

  • Bereavement leave shall be granted to all regular employees and probationary employees who are regularly scheduled to work 30 hours or more per week and Library Clerk I and Library Page who work less than 30 hours per week who experience a death of a member of the employee’s immediate family.

  • The Employer agrees to recognize the Union as the sole collective bargaining agent for the full-time and part-time employees of the Camas Public Library in the following classifications: Administrative Support Assistant Library Associate Library Assistant Youth Services Librarian Library Page Circulation Services Specialist Programming and Outreach Coordinator All supervisory and confidential employees including the Assistant Library Director are excluded.

  • Effective January 1, 2022, all employees, other than Library Page, shall receive an increase of 2.5%.

  • Designated CMT Reuters Page means the display on Reuters, or any successor service, on the page designated on the face hereof or any other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying Treasury Constant Maturities as reported in H.15(519). If no Reuters page is specified on the face hereof, the Designated CMT Reuters Page shall be FEDCMT, for the most recent week.

  • Designated CMT Telerate Page means the display on Moneyline Telerate, or any successor service, on the page designated on the face hereof or any other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying Treasury Constant Maturities as reported in H.15(519). If no page is specified on the face hereof, the Designated CMT Telerate Page shall be 7052, for the most recent week.

  • Home Page means the Borrower’s corporate home page on the World Wide Web accessible through the Internet via the universal resource locator (URL) identified as ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or such other universal resource locator that it shall designate in writing to the Agent as its corporate home page on the World Wide Web.

  • Cover Page means the front page of this Agreement.
