Licensed Software Documentation. The user manuals and any other materials in any form or medium customarily provided by the Vendor to the users of the Licensed Software, which will provide the State with sufficient information to operate, diagnose, and maintain the Licensed Software properly, safely, and efficiently. Mandatory: Required, compulsory, or obligatory. May: Discretionary, permitted; used to express possibility. Module: A collection of routines and data structures that perform a specific function of software. Must: See “Mandatory”.

Licensed Software Documentation means the user manual and other written material relating to the Licensed Software that Maximizer makes available (directly or through its Certified Solution Providers) to users of that same Licensed Software. If You have licensed under this Agreement the Workflow Automation Server or Microsoft SQL Server, then the “Licensed Software Documentation” also includes the Workflow Automation Server documentation and/or Microsoft SQL Server documentation, respectively, that Maximizer makes available (directly or through its Certified Solution Providers) to users of that same Licensed Software by Maximizer.

  • Any use, modification, reproduction release, performance, display or disclosure of the Licensed Software, Documentation and or any related documentation by the US Government or its contractors will be governed solely by the terms of this Agreement and will be prohibited except to the extent expressly permitted by the terms of this Agreement.

Licensed Software Documentation means any and all end user documentation and technical documentation (e.g., Source Code documentation and other technical documentation) Controlled by Licensor during the Term that is associated with the Licensed Software.
