Licensed Source Code definition

Licensed Source Code means the plain text readable computer programming code, associated procedural code, and supporting documentation for the Licensed Licensed Software and any Releases, Error Corrections, or Enhancements pertaining thereto.
Licensed Source Code has the meaning given to that term in section 3.1.29.8;
Licensed Source Code means Source Code included in the SanFrancisco Product.

  • Licensee agrees that it will under no circumstance in any way (i) disseminate or disclose any Licensed Source Code, or the information or ideas contained therein, or (ii) use the Licensed Source Code, or the information or ideas contained therein, except as authorized herein, without the prior express written permission of ▇▇▇▇▇ Inc.

  • All modifications to Licensed Source Code prepared by Licensee, whether compiled, binary or otherwise, shall be owned by Licensee as a derivative work subject to ▇▇▇▇▇ Inc.'s rights in the underlying code.

More Definitions of Licensed Source Code

Licensed Source Code means computer program in the form of source code listed in Schedule I.
Licensed Source Code means Source Code for Licensed Technology.

A Release may include Licensed Documentation provided by Licensor for Error Correction or Enhancement. o. “ Territory ” means all the of countries in the world and their territories and possessions.
Licensed Source Code means the human-readable source code version of the Escalon Software, and all applicable documentation and instructions for configuring and compiling the foregoing to generate and make available the Escalon Software on all currently supported platforms.
