Unless otherwise specified in the Schedule: The Limit of Liability is the maximum liability of the Underwriters as in Item 3A of the Schedule.
The Underwriters, in their sole and absolute discretion, shall determine the amounts to be credited, if any, toward a reinstatement of such Limit of Liability.
Any Extended Reporting Period provided by this Policy shall not increase or reinstate any Limit of Liability or Sublimit of Liability of this Policy and is non-cancellable.
Should the Underwriters in their sole and absolute discretion, determine that the Limit of Liability in Item 3A of the Schedule will not be sufficient to cover the entire amount of the claim, the Underwriters shall pay the amounts claimed in accordance with the provisions of Section 9 of the Law Reform Act 1936.
The insurance provided by this Policy, shall apply only as excess over any other valid and collectible insurance, whether such other insurance is stated to be primary, contributory, excess, contingent or otherwise, unless such other insurance is written specifically as excess insurance over the applicable Limit of Liability provided by this Policy.
