Limited Operation definition

Limited Operation means the interconnection of the Project to the CAISO Grid under a Limited Operation Plan.

  • Transmission Owner shall permit Interconnection Customer to operate the Generating Facility and Interconnection Customer's Interconnection Facilities under Limited Operation in accordance with the results of such studies performed by Transmission Provider.

  • In operation means engaged in activity related to the primary design function of the source.

  • co-operative means a co-operative registered in terms of section 7 of Cooperatives Act, 2005 (Act No. 14 of 2005)

  • Designated operational area means a geographic area designated by the combatant commander or subordinate joint force commander for the conduct or support of specified military operations.
