Litigation Payment definition

Litigation Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 9.13.
Litigation Payment has the meaning provided in Section 9.11.
Litigation Payment means a payment in relation to any litigation, arbitration or administrative claims, proceedings or investigations or as required by any judicial or arbitral or court order. Lock-Up Agreement means the lock-up agreement dated 11 July 2018 between ▇▇▇▇▇, the Original Issuer and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Europe AG, among others. LWG has the meaning given to that term in the Umbrella Agreement.

  • The Company shall promptly give notice to the Trustee of any Merger Consideration Principal Reduction or Litigation Payment Principal Reduction (and concurrently send a copy of its notice to the Shareholder Representative).
