Live Data Files definition

Live Data Files has the meaning specified in Section 2.6(a).
Live Data Files has the meaning specified in Section 2.6(a). “Servicer’s Data File” has the meaning specified in Section 4.09(b) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement. “Service-Related Activities” means the services and service-related activities and the servicer-related responsibilities of the Servicer provided for under the Sale and Servicing Agreement as modified or eliminated herein with respect to the Backup Servicer. “Servicing Fee” has the meaning given such term in Section 1.01 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement. “Successor Backup Servicer” has the meaning specified in Section 2.4(b). “Third Party” has the meaning specified in Section 2.9(d).

Examples of Live Data Files in a sentence

  • The Backup Servicer shall open the Live Data Files to confirm they are readable and store such Live Data Files.

  • The Backup Servicer has converted the Live Data Files to its internal systems.

  • To verify that Live Data Files have been accurately converted to the Backup Servicer's internal servicing system, the Backup Servicer will provide Credit Acceptance with such reports as are mutually agreed upon by Credit Acceptance and the Backup Servicer from time to time.

  • The Backup Servicer shall retain the most recent three (3) months' Live Data Files.

  • The Backup Servicer shall perform Data Mapping with the Live Data Files and shall inform Santander Consumer of any changes in format.

Related to Live Data Files

  • Data File means a single record or collection of data records that are logically related to each other, and are handled as a unit;

  • Asset Review Materials means, with respect to an Asset Review and an Asset Review Receivable, the documents and other materials for each Test listed under “Documents” in Schedule A.

  • Personnel file means, for the purposes of Part III (8VAC20-90-60 et seq.), any and all memoranda, entries or other documents included in the teacher's file as maintained in the central school administration office or in any file regarding the teacher maintained within a school in which the teacher serves.

  • Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.

  • Review Materials means, for an Asset Review and a Subject Receivable, the documents and other materials for each Test listed under “Review Materials” in Schedule A.
