Live Service the chargeable period post acceptance and authorised solely by the Company;
Live Service includes the commercial launch of an Application, service or solution utilising the AirBoss Software on a BT Wireless associated network other than for development and testing purposes;

  • Notwithstanding clause 11.2, termination or expiry of the UC Live Service shall be without prejudice to any rights, remedies or obligations of either Party accrued under this Agreement prior to termination or expiry.
