Load Line Convention definition

Load Line Convention means the convention set out in the Fourth Schedule to this Act;
Load Line Convention means the International Convention on Load Lines, 1966, as amended by the Protocol of 1988 relating thereto and as otherwise be amended by the IMO;
Load Line Convention means the International Convention on Load Lines, 1966 as may, from time to time, be amended;

Examples of Load Line Convention in a sentence

  • Where a ship is a Load Line Convention ship or a Safety Convention ship, the provisions of this Part apply only in so far as they are applicable to and relevant to such a ship.

  • Load Lines per International Load Line Convention 1966 International, Panama Canal, Suez and US Tonnage Certificates.

More Definitions of Load Line Convention

Load Line Convention means the “1966 Convention” as defined in section 227 (1);
