Load Program definition

Load Program means the program in which Green Dot loads Prepaid Cards through POS Loads and Reload Pack Sales through the GD Network.
Load Program means the program in which Green Dot loads Walmart MoneyCards, Additional Cards, GD Network Cards and Third Party Cards as set forth in Schedule 4.13
Load Program means the program in which Green Dot loads Walmart MoneyCards, Additional Cards, GD Network Cards and Third Party Cards as set forth in Schedule 4.13 through POS Loads (including Online Loads) and Reload Packs (to the extent offered in Participating Stores) through the GD Network.

Examples of Load Program in a sentence

  • Retailer or Green Dot, as the case may be, represents and warrants that no contract, lease, agreement, or other instrument to which it is a party or by which it is bound materially and adversely affects its ability to conduct the Load Program.

  • The Parties shall review such procedures every six (6) months in connection with an overall review of the Program and the Load Program.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, (i) Retailer’s [***] right under this Section 1.5(d)(i)(E) does not affect the right of Bank or Green Dot, as applicable, to establish fees and pricing for Prepaid Cards and the Load Program in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; and (ii) in no event shall the impact on [***] calculated according to the methodology set forth in Section 5.2 exceed [***] the actual cost of the [***].

  • In addition, commencing on the Effective Date and continuing throughout the Term, Green Dot shall maintain at least [***] dedicated to manage the overall profitability, performance and reporting for the Load Program.

  • BNY hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the duties hereinafter set forth.

Related to Load Program

  • Pilot program means the pilot program identified and funded through the Funding Agreement and described in that Funding Agreement and its attachments.

  • PEBB program means the program within the HCA that administers insurance and other benefits for eligible employees (as described in WAC 182-12-114), eligible retired employees (as described in WAC 182-12-171 and 182-12-180), eligible survivors (as described in WAC 182-12-180, 182-12-250, and 182-12-265), eligible dependents (as de- scribed in WAC 182-12-250 and 182-12-260) and others as defined in RCW 41.05.011.

  • CRAF Program means the Civil Reserve Air Fleet Program authorized under 10 U.S.C. Section 9511 et seq. or any similar or substitute program under the laws of the United States.

  • E-Verify Program above means the employment verification program administered by the United States Department of Homeland Security, the Social Security Administration, or any successor program.

  • Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.
