Loading Docks definition

Loading Docks means the loading dock facilities serving the Project.
Loading Docks means all Loading Docks on the Property.

The installation to include all related fixtures including two (2) electrically operated dock doors, two (2) dock levelers, a single ceiling mounted heating/forced air unit and all exterior treatments such as dock bumpers, leveling of pavement in dock area and pavement striping.

  • Furniture, freight and other large or heavy articles may be brought into the Building and Retail Parcel or through the Garage or Loading Docks only at times and in the manner (including use of freight elevators and the loading area) reasonably designated by Landlord and subject to additional restrictions imposed by the Declaration of Covenants, and always at the Tenant's sole responsibility.

  • The common areas include: Parking Lots Stairways Elevators Walkways Loading Docks Lessee shall take reasonable steps to accommodate the reasonable needs of such other tenants in the use of the common areas.

  • Except to the extent otherwise set forth in Section 8 of the Workletter, all service with respect to the Common Loading Docks shall be subject to reasonable scheduling by Landlord during Regular Business Hours and may be used at no additional cost to Tenant (except for costs relating thereto that are permitted to be included in Operating Expenses pursuant to Article 3 hereof) and for normal use in common with Landlord and other tenants and their contractors, agents and visitors.
