Local Collateral Agents means any local collateral agent or trustee as may be required under local law from time to time engaged to hold Collateral in such jurisdiction for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

Related to Local Collateral Agents

  • ABL Collateral Agent means the “Collateral Agent” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement.
