Local Standard Time definition

Local Standard Time as used herein shall mean local standard time at the location where the Loss Occurrence commences.
Local Standard Time means the time at the location of the Company's home office.
Local Standard Time means the time as described in the original policy. TYPE: Umbrella Property Catastrophe Excess of Loss Reinsurance Agreement.

Examples of Local Standard Time in a sentence

  • Either party may terminate this Contract at 12:01 a.m., Local Standard Time, on any January 1 by giving the other party not less than 90 days prior notice by certified or registered mail.

  • This Contract shall become effective at 12:01 a.m., Local Standard Time, January 1, 2007, with respect to losses arising out of occurrences commencing at or after that time and date, and shall continue in force thereafter until terminated.

More Definitions of Local Standard Time

Local Standard Time means Standard Time at the Home Office of the Company. This Agreement shall be of an unlimited duration but may be canceled prior to the January 1 anniversary date by the Company giving 90 days prior written notice to the Reinsurer.

Related to Local Standard Time

  • Central Time means Central Time as adjusted for daylight savings time.

  • Central Clock Time or "CCT" means Central Daylight Time when Daylight Savings Time is in effect and Central Standard Time when Daylight Savings Time is not in effect.

  • Eastern Time means Eastern Daylight Time or Eastern Standard Time, whichever is in effect on the relevant date.

  • PM means particulate matter.

  • Scan time means the period of time between the beginning and end of x-ray transmission data accumulation for a single scan.
