Local Union Representative definition

Local Union Representative means a representative of SEIU - West.
Local Union Representative means an employee of the Employer who is elected or appointed as a Local Union Representative.
Local Union Representative means employees who perform labour relations, servicing, and/or other duties as assigned by the Employer.

  • An accumulative record of overtime hours worked or offered each employee shall be made available to the Local Union Representative upon request.
