Low Service Error definition

Low Service Error has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(a). “Medium Service Error” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(a). “Resolve” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(b).
Low Service Error has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a) (chart). “Medium Service Error” has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a) (chart).
