LQA Recurring Revenues definition

LQA Recurring Revenues means the product of (a) Recurring Revenues for the fiscal quarter most recently ended for which financial statements have been delivered to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders pursuant to Section 5.01(b), multiplied by (b) four (4).
LQA Recurring Revenues means, at any date of determination, the product of, (i) Recurring Revenues for the fiscal quarter most recently ended for which financial statements have been delivered to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders pursuant to Section 5.01(a) or (b) multiplied by (ii) four. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, it is agreed, that for the purpose of calculating the LQA Recurring Revenue Leverage Ratio with respect to the fiscal quarter ended on June 30, 2018, Recurring Revenues shall be deemed to be $41,280,806, as adjusted on a Pro Forma Basis.
LQA Recurring Revenues as of any date of determination, the product of (a) Recurring Revenues for the Test Period ending on or most recently ended prior to such date, multiplied by (b) four (4).

Related to LQA Recurring Revenues

  • Recurring Revenue With respect to any Recurring Revenue Loan, the meaning of “Recurring Revenue” or any comparable definition in the related Underlying Instruments relating to recurring maintenance or support revenues, subscription revenues, and recurring revenues attributable to software licensed or sold (excluding one-time license revenues) in the Underlying Instruments for such Loan.

  • Recurring Revenue Loan means a Collateral Loan that meets each of the following criteria as of the date of acquisition by the Borrower, subject to waiver by the Administrative Agent in accordance with the definition of Eligible Collateral Loan hereto (for the avoidance of doubt, if any Collateral Loan does not meet the below listed conditions, but such failure is waived by the Administrative Agent, such Collateral Loan shall still be subject to the Advance Rates, Concentration Limitations and Revaluation Events applicable to Recurring Revenue Loans set forth herein):

  • Operating Revenues means, for any, period, the gross revenues arising from the ownership and operation of the Properties during such period, including proceeds of any business interruption or rental loss insurance and amounts released from reserves, but specifically excluding Capital Proceeds, Capital Contributions and proceeds of Indebtedness.

  • CAISO Revenues means the credits, fees, payments, revenues, interest or similar benefits, including imbalance energy payments, that are directly assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO Global Resource ID for the Generating Facility for, or attributable to, Scheduling or deliveries from the Generating Facility under this Agreement.

  • Operating Revenue means in any single fiscal year during the effective term of this Agreement, the total revenue generated by Party B in its daily operation of business of that year as recorded under the “Revenue of Principal Business” in the audited balance sheet prepared in accordance with the PRC accounting standards.
