Machine Executable definition

Machine Executable. Copy" includes anything designated as such under the MTLA and, without limiting the foregoing, any object code, machine executable version of any Derivative Work of any Current Release or Update Release licensed to SEC under this LSA #1.

Examples of Machine Executable in a sentence

  • SEC agrees that PSIP has transmitted to an Authorized SEC Facility one (1) copy of the Machine Executable Code and related standard documentation for each Authorized SEC Device identified herein.

  • End User" means a person or entity that acquires a Machine Executable Copy of the Licensed Software in any form or media for its own use and not for subsequent sale, license or other transfer.

  • Kyocera shall not do or permit any decompilation, disassembly, or other reverse engineering of the License Software, and in addition, each End User License and each Manufacturing License shall stipulate that the Kyocera shall not do or permit any copying or decompilation, disassembly or other reverse engineering of any Machine Executable Copy (subject to any rights granted to a Manufacturing Licensee rights to reproduce Machine Executable Copies pursuant to Section 2.2.2).

  • After Termination, DPI may retain and distribute copies of the PSIO incorporated in or packaged for use with or on Authorized DPI devices already manufactured and in DPI's finished goods inventory as of Termination, but only if (i) DPI timely performs its obligations under Section 5.2, and (ii) within thirty (30) business days after Termination, DPI pays in advance the applicable Per-Unit License Fee for each such Machine Executable Copy at the then current rate in effect hereunder.

  • SEC agrees that PSIP has transmitted to the Authorized SEC Facility one (1) copy of the Machine Executable Copy and related standard documentation for printers identified in each attachment hereto.

  • PEERLESS Material" means any Machine Executable Copies, any material provided by PEERLESS to DPI, and any part or copy of any of the foregoing in any form or media.

  • SEC shall keep in its principal place of business complete and accurate books of account relating to the creation and shipment of any Machine Executable Copies.

  • Manufacturing Licensee" means a third party that manufactures Machine Executable Copies or Authorized Kyocera Devices under license from Kyocera.

  • SEC shall submit to PSIP for approval SEC's standard form of End User License before any Machine Executable Copies are licensed thereunder, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • SEC shall not do or permit any decompilation, disassembly, or other reverse engineering of the Licensed Product, and in addition, each End User License and each Manufacturing License shall stipulate that the End-User shall not do or permit any copying or decompilation, disassembly or other reverse engineering of any Machine Executable Copy subject to any rights granted to a Manufacturing Licensee's rights to reproduce Machine Executable Copies pursuant to Paragraph 2.2.

Related to Machine Executable

  • Machine-readable means an automatic identification technology media, such as bar codes, contact memory buttons, radio frequency identification, or optical memory cards.

  • Machine means the machines/ equipment/software/accessories as detailed at Annexure-A.
