Magellan Guaranty definition

Magellan Guaranty means a Guaranty and Support Agreement between Magellan Petroleum and Purchaser in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D.
Magellan Guaranty means that certain Guaranty and Support Agreement dated the date hereof between Magellan Petroleum and Purchaser.
Magellan Guaranty means the Cross-Corporate Continuing Guaranty dated August 21, 2000, by Magellan and Magellan DIS, Inc. in favor of Silicon Valley Bank.
