Major Subcontract definition

Major Subcontract means any Subcontract with a Major Subcontractor.
Major Subcontract means any Subcontract providing services or Materials for the Work having an aggregate value in excess of [***].
Major Subcontract means (i) (a) any single agreement or purchase order with a Subcontractor or (b) multiple agreements or purchase orders with a single Subcontractor, for performance of any part of the Work that, in each case, has an aggregate value in excess of Dollars ($ ), or (ii) any agreement for the provision or supply of Major Equipment.

More Definitions of Major Subcontract

Major Subcontract means any Subcontract with a Subcontractor for those portions of the Work listed in Section 1.3 of Attachment G.
