Managed Devices means any network device being managed by a Software or Other Offering that is virtual or physical, such as a desktop PC, router, or switch that is not a server OS or functioning as a server of Customer and/or Clients.

Managed Devices means the number of individual devices that can be discovered and managed by use of the System. Individual devices are physical network addressable devices and individually managed Component Devices and ScienceLogic Virtual Devices for which the System collects Performance Data, including but not limited to personal computers, workstations, servers, routers, hubs, virtual servers, switches, blades, chassis, storage devices, LUNs, Volumes, load balancers and firewalls. For clarification purposes, each virtual server is considered a separate "Managed Device".

Managed Devices means the devices identified in Exhibit B of the XPS Services Contract.

Managed Devices refers to HP branded Devices specifically designed with smart technology for the MPS IPE to help optimize Printing Supplies usage.

Managed Devices means devices capable of delivering program content to Subscribers and which are, directly or indirectly, provided by Customer to Subscribers. “Stationary Devices” means internet enabled TVs, game platforms and other media players and consumer electronics devices, including dongles such as Chromecast, which are (A) capable of delivering streaming video, (B) typically maintained in a fixed location, (C) capable of running the “Client” portions of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Software, and (D) not Managed Devices. “Mobile Devices” means personal computers (whether desktop or laptop), tablets, mobile phones and similar devices, that are (A) other than desktop computers, not typically maintained in a fixed location, (B) capable of running the “Client” portions of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Software, and (C) not Managed Devices. “Subscriber” means, in the case of a residential subscriber, an independent living unit, and, in the case of a commercial subscriber, a commercial establishment. In the case of an apartment building, condominium complex, or similar structure or complex, each residence in such structure or complex is a separate Subscriber. In any event, each of Servicer Provider’s subscriber accounts is deemed to constitute at least one Subscriber.

Managed Devices means the device or devices for which the Stand-Alone Software and/or Hardware Product was purchased to manage a System.
