Manual records definition

Manual records means the identifying information for all patrons and their guests contained in the form of a paper record or reservation book as listed in Sec. 22-19(e) of this ordinance, which is recorded at the time of registration and maintained for a period of no less than one hundred eighty (180) days after the rental agreement’s termination.

Examples of Manual records in a sentence

  • Dealer shall prepare and retain for a minimum of two (2) years, in accordance with the procedures specified in the Warranty Manual: records in support of applications for payment for pre-delivery inspection and service, warranty repairs and goodwill adjustments, and campaign inspections and corrections performed by Dealer; claims for parts compensation; and applications for discounts, allowances, refunds or credits.

  • Manual records that have reached their retention date are to be shredded and disposed of as ‘confidential waste’.

  • Pupil Records Means both of the following: (1) Any information that directly relates to a pupil that is maintained by LEA and (2) any information acquired directly from the pupil through the use of instructional software or applications assigned to the pupil by a teacher or other local educational LEA employee.

  • Vital records means certificates or reports of birth, death, fetal death, marriage, dissolution, annulment, and related data.

  • Educational records means: those official records, files, and data directly related to a student and maintained by the school or local education agency, including but not limited to records encompassing all the material kept in the student's cumulative folder such as general identifying data, records of attendance and of academic work completed, records of achievement and results of evaluative tests, health data, disciplinary status, test protocols, and individualized education programs.
