Matching Process definition

Matching Process means the process of comparing and aligning Processed Quantities of Natural Gas for Network Users at both sides of a specific Interconnection Point and other relevant Connection Points, which results in Confirmed Quantities for the Network Users.
Matching Process means the process of comparing nominations and renominations submitted by SHIPPERS at both sides of the VIP Brandov-GASPOOL, which results in Matched Daily Quantity for the respective Shipper Code Pairs.
Matching Process is the process of comparing and aligning the Processed Quantities of Gas for Shippers at both sides of the Entry Point, which results in Confirmed Quantities for the Shippers in accordance with Article 3.

  • If in any nomination or re-nomination cycle either Party is unable to meet any of the deadline for the exchange of information relating to the Matching Process described above, it will inform the other Party before the deadline, and will send the relevant data as soon as it is able to.

  • For the purpose of defining the roles for the Matching Process, the Parties agree that DESFA shall be the Initiating TSO and ICGB shall be the Matching TSO.

  • Single sided nominations according to the EASEE-gas Common Business Practice 2014- 001/01 “Harmonisation of the Nomination and Matching Process for Double-Sided and Single-Sided Nominations”, as may be amended from time to time, is implemented in the matching process between GASCADE and GTS.

  • If, for a given nomination cycle, the Initiating TSO does not provide any Processed Quantities or provides the Processed Quantities after the time required under Article 5.2, then for the purpose of performing the Matching Process the Processed Quantities from the Initiating TSO will be deemed to be zero for each DESFA Shipper.

  • The Shippers shall be informed by their respective TSO of the result of the Matching Process.

  • Matching Period has the meaning specified in Section 5.4(1)(e).
