CONTRACTOR shall respond via written notice within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Notice of Event of Material Default that such Material Event of Default has been cured or describe good faith efforts to cure.
DCAMM may terminate this Contract for convenience even where there has been no Material Event of Default or Technical Event of Default by giving written notice to CONTRACTOR specifying the effective date of termination.
Failure to meet this deadline is a Material Event of Default as defined in this Agreement.
For purposes of this Agreement, a breach under this Section 16.3.2 shall be deemed a Material Event of Default.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, after the occurrence of and during the continuation of a Material Event of Default, as defined below, no such prior notice shall be required.
