Material Threshold definition

Material Threshold means, as of any date, the greater of (a) $9,000,000 and (b) 1.0% of the Value of the Timberlands as of such date.
Material Threshold means $5,000,000.
Material Threshold means the amount involved exceeds five percent (5%) of total assets, except for transactions involving compensation for services rendered to the Company as an employee or director thereof whether cash or equity related. Related Party Transactions may present potential, actual or perceived conflicts of interest.
