Borrower shall repay the principal amount of all outstanding Loans on the Maturity Date or, if earlier, upon termination of the Lenders’ Commitments pursuant to Section 2.7.
The agreements and obligations of Borrower in this Article 3 shall survive the payment and performance of all other Obligations for a period of four (4) years after the Maturity Date.
