Maximum Aggregate Nominal Value of the Issue means the maximum aggregate Nominal Value of the Bonds issued to be issued jointly under the exemption provided in Article 1(4(b)) of the
Maximum Aggregate Nominal Value of the Issue means the maximum aggregate Nominal Value of the Bonds to be issued under this Prospectus, which amounts to EUR 50,000,000.
