Additional Funding Requirements will be considered a “Mandatory Capital Contribution” applicable to all Members to the extent Investor Member’s pro-rata share of such Additional Funding Requirement would not cause Investor Member to make capital contributions in excess of the Remaining Annual Maximum Commitment Amount as of the Capital Request Funding Date for such calendar year.
