The aggregate principal amount of the outstanding balance at any time to the Borrower shall not exceed the Maximum Credit Line, provided, however, that if, at any time of for any reason, there is an Over Advance (as defined below), Borrower shall immediately pay to MCI, in cash, the amount of such excess.
MCI may make advances to Borrower (each, an “Advance”), in MCI’s sole and absolute discretion, up to the Borrowing Base and not to exceed the Maximum Credit Line.
If, at any time and for any reason, the amount of Advances made pursuant to Section 2.1 and such supplement, if any, exceed the percentage or dollar limitations set forth in Section 2.1 and in such supplement, as applicable, or if all of Borrower’s Obligations, at any time and for any reason, exceed the Maximum Credit Line or any of the limitations set forth in Section 2.1 (each, an “Over Advance”), then Borrower shall immediately pay to MCI, in cash, the amount of such excess.
