Maximum Distributable Amount definition
Maximum Distributable Amount means any maximum distributable amount relating to the Issuer and/or the Group (if any) which is determined pursuant to Article 141 of the CRD IV Directive (or, as the case may be, any provision of Danish law transposing or implementing Article 141 of the CRD IV Directive), or any successor provision thereto;
Maximum Distributable Amount means any applicable maximum distributable amount relating to the Issuer and/or the Group, as the case may be, required to be calculated in accordance with the CRD IV Directive and/or any other Applicable Banking Regulation(s) (or any provision of Italian law transposing or implementing the CRD IV Directive and/or, if relevant, any other Applicable Banking Regulation(s));
Maximum Distributable Amount means any maximum distributable amount relating to the Issuer and/or the Group (if any) which is determined pursuant to CRD/CRR and/or the BRRD and which is applicable to the Issuer and/or the Group, including, without limitation, pursuant to Articles 141 and 141b of the CRD Directive and Article 16a of the BRRD (or, in any such case, any provision of Danish law transposing or implementing such article), or (in any such case) any successor provision thereto, or any analogous payment restrictions arising in respect of capital buffers under CRD/CRR or the BRRD and/or any minimum requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities under CRD/CRR and/or the BRRD (or, as the case may be, any provision of Danish law transposing or implementing any such analogous payment restrictions);

Mandatory cancellation of Interest (in whole or in part) upon: (i) insufficient Distributable Items; (ii) Maximum Distributable Amount restrictions under CRD / BRRD or any other analogous restrictions; (iii) a Trigger Event or Liquidation Event having occurred.
More Definitions of Maximum Distributable Amount
Maximum Distributable Amount means any applicable maximum distributable amount relating to us required to be calculated in accordance with (i) Rule 4.3(2) of Chapter 4; or (ii) any analogous restrictions arising in respect of failure to meet capital adequacy, loss absorbing capacity, leverage or buffer requirements under the Relevant Rules.
Maximum Distributable Amount means any applicable maximum distributable amount relating to the Issuer and/or the UniCredit Group, as the case may be, required to be calculated in accordance with the CRD IV Directive (or any provision of Italian law transposing or implementing the CRD IV Directive).
Maximum Distributable Amount means the maximum distributable amount within the meaning of Article 141(2) of Directive 2013/36/EU as supplemented or amended from time to time (Capital Requirements Directive IV – "CRD") ("Maximum Distributable Amount" or "MDA") and as currently transposed into German law by § 10 (1) sentence 1 no. 5 e) KWG together with § 37 of the German Solvency Regulation (Solvabilitätsverordnung – SolvV) for the combined buffer requirements in accordance with § 10i KWG.
Maximum Distributable Amount means any maximum distributable amount required to be calculated in accordance with Article 141 of the CRD IV or other provisions of the Relevant Rules, in particular the CRD IV and the BRRD (or any provision of French law transposing or implementing the CRD IV and/or the BRRD), that may be applicable to the Issuer from time to time;
