Maximum Eligibility Number definition
Maximum Eligibility Number means initially zero and shall be increased upon each exercise of the Series C Warrant held by the Holder by such aggregate number of shares of Common Stock equal to 100% of the number of shares of Common Stock issued upon any such exercise of such Series C Warrant (as adjusted for stock splits, stock distributions, recapitalizations and similar events).
Maximum Eligibility Number means initially zero (0) and such number shall be increased (but not decreased) on the Reset Date in accordance with Section 2(a), subject to any exercise pursuant to Section 2(c).
Maximum Eligibility Number shall have the meaning set forth in the Series B Warrants.

More Definitions of Maximum Eligibility Number
Maximum Eligibility Number means initially zero (0) and such number shall be increased (but not decreased) on the Reset Date in accordance with Section 3.2, subject to any exercise pursuant to Section 3.2.2.
Maximum Eligibility Number means, initially, the Initial Maximum Eligibility Number, and such number shall be increased (but not decreased) on each Reset Date by the applicable Reset Share Amount.

For the avoidance of doubt, if at the Adjustment Common Share Measuring Time, the Adjustment Common Share Amount is equal to zero (0), then the Maximum Eligibility Number shall increase (if at all) solely upon a Forced Exercise.
