Maximum Initial Class Certificate Balance definition

Maximum Initial Class Certificate Balance. As to each Class of Exchangeable REMIC Certificates and Exchangeable Certificates (other than a Class of Interest Only Certificates), the amount for such Class set forth in the table in the Preliminary Statement under the heading "Initial Class Certificate Balance or Notional Amount."
Maximum Initial Class Certificate Balance. As to each Class of Exchangeable REMIC or Exchangeable Certificates (other than the Class 1-A-11, Class 1-A-18 and Class 1-A-19 Certificates), the Class Certificate Balance set forth in the Preliminary Statement. The Class 1-A-11, Class 1-A-18 and Class 1-A-19 Certificates are Interest Only Certificates and have no Maximum Initial Class Certificate Balance.
Maximum Initial Class Certificate Balance. As to each Class of Exchangeable REMIC Certificates or Exchangeable Certificates (other than the Class 1-A-4, Class 1-A-6, Class 1-A-8, Class 1-A-10, Class 1-A-12, Class 1-A-14, Class 1-A-25, Class 1-A-35, Class 1-A-38 and Class 1-A-41 Certificates), the Class Certificate Balance set forth in the Preliminary Statement. The Class 1-A-4, Class 1-A-6, Class 1-A-8, Class 1-A-10, Class 1-A-12, Class 1-A-14, Class 1-A-25, Class 1-A-35, Class 1-A-38 and Class 1-A-41 Certificates are Interest Only Certificates and have no Maximum Initial Class Certificate Balance.

  • Correspondingly, Exchangeable Certificates related to a Combination may be further designated for exchange for Exchangeable REMIC Certificates in such Combination in respective Denominations determined based on the proportion that the Maximum Initial Class Certificate Balances or Maximum Initial Notional Amounts of such Exchangeable REMIC Certificates bear to the Maximum Initial Class Certificate Balance of the related Exchangeable Certificates, as set forth in Exhibit W hereto.

Related to Maximum Initial Class Certificate Balance

  • Initial Class Certificate Balance As to each Class of Certificates, the Class Certificate Balance set forth in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class Certificate Balance With respect to any Class and as to any date of determination, the aggregate of the Certificate Balances of all Certificates of such Class as of such date.

  • Original Class Certificate Principal Balance With respect to the Class A Certificates, the Mezzanine Certificates, the Class C Certificates and the Class P Certificates, the corresponding amounts set forth opposite such Class above in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Initial Class Principal Balance As set forth in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Certificate Balance As to any Outstanding Certificate prior to the initial Distribution Date, the denomination thereof; and as to any such Outstanding Certificate subsequent to such initial Distribution Date, the denomination thereof multiplied by the then applicable Class Factor.
