Maximum Instantaneous Flow definition

Maximum Instantaneous Flow means the maximum flow at any time as measured in gallons per minute.
Maximum Instantaneous Flow means the maximum rate of flow of Discharge specified in the Site Schedule, i.e. the Maximum Peak Discharge also known as Peak Flow;
Maximum Instantaneous Flow means the flow measured in litres per second specified in the Site Schedule.

Examples of Maximum Instantaneous Flow in a sentence

  • Nitrogen Product ([***] +/- [***] psig): [***] scf per hour (Maximum Instantaneous Flow Rate at [***]psia and [***]°F dry bulb and [***]°F wet bulb and cooling water at [***]°F).

  • Low Pressure ([***] +/- [***] psig) Oxygen Product: [***]scf per hour (Maximum Instantaneous Flow Rate at [***]psia and [***]°F dry bulb and [***]°F wet bulb and cooling water at [***]°F).

  • If XYZ uses the Bulk Supply at a rate in excess of the Maximum Daily Volume or the Maximum Instantaneous Flow, then Thames will not be obliged to provide the Bulk Supply at the Working Pressure for as long as the Maximum Daily Volume or the Maximum Instantaneous Flow is exceeded.

  • High Pressure ([***] +/- [***] psig) Oxygen Product: [***] scf per hour (Maximum Instantaneous Flow Rate at [***] psia and [***]°F dry bulb and [***]°F wet bulb and cooling water at [***]°F).

More Definitions of Maximum Instantaneous Flow

Maximum Instantaneous Flow means the maximum flow of Potable Water drawn, or Wastewater discharged, in litres per minute, at any given time, as further described in Schedule “F” and, for greater certainty, includes wet weather peak flow for Wastewater. At no point is this to exceed the design capacity of the accepting pipe.

Related to Maximum Instantaneous Flow

  • Instantaneous Limit means the highest allowable concentration of a substance as measured by a grab sample, or the highest allowable measurement of a parameter as obtained through instantaneous monitoring.

  • Instantaneous flow measurement means the flow measured during the minimum time required for the flow-measuring device or method to produce a result in that instance. To the extent practical, instantaneous flow measurements coincide with the collection of any grab samples required for the same sampling period so that together the samples and flow are representative of the discharge during that sampling period.

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • Maximum Facility Output means the maximum (not nominal) net electrical power output in megawatts, specified in the Interconnection Service Agreement, after supply of any parasitic or host facility loads, that a Generation Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility is expected to produce, provided that the specified Maximum Facility Output shall not exceed the output of the proposed Customer Facility that Transmission Provider utilized in the System Impact Study.

  • Instantaneous for monitoring requirements, means a single reading, observation, or measurement. If more than one sample is taken during any calendar day, each result obtained shall be considered.
