Maximum Investor Group Principal Amount definition
Maximum Investor Group Principal Amount means, as to each Investor Group existing on the Series 2018-1 Closing Date, the amount set forth on Schedule I to the Series 2018-1 Class A-1 Note Purchase Agreement as such Investor Group’s Maximum Investor Group Principal Amount or, in the case of any other Investor Group, the amount set forth as such Investor Group’s Maximum Investor Group Principal Amount in the Assignment and Assumption Agreement or Investor Group Supplement by which the members of such Investor Group become parties to the Series 2018-1 Class A-1 Note Purchase Agreement, in each case, as such amount may be (i) reduced pursuant to Section 2.05 of the Series 2018-1 Class A-1 Note Purchase Agreement or (ii) increased or reduced by any Assignment and Assumption Agreement or Investor Group Supplement entered into by the members of such Investor Group in accordance with the terms of the Series 2018-1 Class A-1 Note Purchase Agreement.
Maximum Investor Group Principal Amount means, as to each Investor Group existing on the Closing Date, the amount set forth on Schedule I to this Agreement as such Investor Group’s Maximum Investor Group Principal Amount or, in the case of any other Investor Group, the amount set forth as such Investor Group’s Maximum Investor Group Principal Amount in the Assignment and Assumption Agreement or Investor Group Supplement by which the members of such Investor Group become parties to this Agreement, in each case, as such amount may be (i) reduced pursuant to Section 2.05 of this Agreement or (ii) increased or reduced by any Assignment and Assumption Agreement or Investor Group Supplement entered into by the members of such Investor Group in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Maximum Investor Group Principal Amount means the Class A Maximum Investor Group Principal Amount and the Class B Maximum Investor Group Principal Amount.
Examples of Maximum Investor Group Principal Amount in a sentence
Upon the issuance of any such Additional Class A Notes, the Class A Maximum Principal Amount shall be increased by the Class A Maximum Investor Group Principal Amount for any such Class A Investor Group or the amount of any such Class A Investor Group Maximum Principal Increase, as applicable.
Upon the issuance of any such Additional Class B Notes, the Class B Maximum Principal Amount shall be increased by the Class B Maximum Investor Group Principal Amount for any such Class B Investor Group or the amount of any such Class B Investor Group Maximum Principal Increase, as applicable.
Any reduction made pursuant to this Section 2.07 shall be made ratably among the Investor Groups on the basis of their respective Maximum Investor Group Principal Amount.

Notwithstanding anything herein or in any other Series 2009-1 Related Document to the contrary, no consent of any other existing Investor Group or its related Funding Agent, Conduit Purchasers, if any, or Committed Note Purchasers is required for HVF to cause the Investor Group Maximum Principal Increase to occur or to modify the related Maximum Investor Group Principal Amount set forth in Schedule I hereto to reflect such Investor Group Maximum Principal Increase.

Maximum Investor Group Principal Amount means, as to each Investor Group existing on the Series 2021-1 Closing Date, the amount set forth on Schedule I to this Agreement as such Investor Group’s Maximum Investor Group Principal Amount or, in the case of any other Investor Group, the amount set forth as such Investor Group’s Maximum Investor Group Principal Amount in the Assignment and Assumption Agreement, Investor Group Supplement or Joinder Agreement by which the members of such Investor Group become parties to this Agreement, in each case, as such amount may be (i) reduced pursuant to Section 2.05 of this Agreement or (ii) increased or reduced by any Assignment and Assumption Agreement, Investor Group Supplement or Joinder Agreement entered into by the members of such Investor Group in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Maximum Investor Group Principal Amount means, with respect to each Investor Group as of any date of determination, the amount specified as such for such Investor Group on Schedule II hereto for such date of determination, as such amount may be increased or decreased from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof; provided that, on any day after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Amortization Event with respect to the Series 2013-B Notes, the Maximum Investor Group Principal Amount with respect to each Investor Group shall not exceed the Investor Group Principal Amount for such Investor Group.

Maximum Investor Group Principal Amount means, with respect to each Investor Group, the aggregate amounts set forth opposite the name of the Committed Note Purchasers included in such Investor Group on Schedule I hereto, as such amount may be increased or modified from time to time by written agreement among the Committed Note Purchasers included in such Investor Group, the Administrator and ZVF in accordance with the terms hereof; provided that, on any day after the occurrence and during the continuance of an Amortization Event with respect to the Series 2010-1 Notes, the Maximum Investor Group Principal Amount with respect to each Investor Group shall equal the Investor Group Principal Amount for such Investor Group on such date (after giving effect to all principal payments made to such Investor Group pursuant to the Series 2010-1 Supplement on such date).
