Maximum Leverage definition

Maximum Leverage means, in respect of each period during which financial statements are required to be delivered pursuant to Clause 19.1 (Financial statements), the ratio of Total Consolidated Liabilities, to Value Adjusted Total Assets, as shown in the applicable consolidated financial statements of the Guarantor for such accounting period and determined in accordance with GAAP.
Maximum Leverage means the ratio of Total Indebtedness to Total Assets.

Examples of Maximum Leverage in a sentence

  • Permit the Consolidated Leverage Ratio as at the last day of any period of four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Borrower to exceed the Maximum Leverage Ratio.

  • Seller shall not, as of the end of each calendar month, permit the ratio of the Seller’s consolidated Indebtedness to consolidated Adjusted Tangible Net Worth to be greater than the Maximum Leverage Ratio.

  • The ratio of the Seller’s consolidated Indebtedness to Adjusted Tangible Net Worth is not greater than the Maximum Leverage Ratio.
