Maximum LNG Reception Quantity definition

Maximum LNG Reception Quantity shall have the meaning set forth in Clause B.1.
Maximum LNG Reception Quantity shall be the quantity of LNG that Customer shall have the right to deliver to SABINE in any Contract Year which shall be equal to seventy eight million four hundred seventy five thousand (78,475,000) MMBTU per Contract Year. The quantity above shall be adjusted pursuant to Section 3.1(b)(i) for leap years and for the first and last Contract Years.
Maximum LNG Reception Quantity means, except as otherwise provided in Section 3.1(c), 195,275,000 MMBTUs of LNG per Contract Year; provided, however, that for purposes of the first and last Contract Year, the Maximum LNG Reception Quantity shall be prorated based upon the ratio that the number of days during such Contract Year bears to three hundred sixty-five (365).

Examples of Maximum LNG Reception Quantity in a sentence

  • If, as a result of an event of Force Majeure, SABINE is unable to meet its contractual obligations to Customer and any Other Customers under LNG terminal use agreements, SABINE shall allocate the available capability of the Sabine Pass Facility to perform activities similar to the Services to Customer and Other Customers in a reasonable manner based on the ratio that the Maximum LNG Reception Quantity bears to the Aggregate Contracted Capacity for the remainder of such Contract Year.

  • Such Annual Delivery Program shall, to the extent practicable, result in a delivery pattern in which: (i) deliveries in any given month do not materially exceed one twelfth (1/12) of the Maximum LNG Reception Quantity; (ii) deliveries in any given month are generally ratable over the month; (iii) SABINE’s planned maintenance and modification dates are reflected; and (iv) deliveries are not scheduled so as to utilize both unloading berths simultaneously.

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 3.1(b)(i), in relation to any Contract Year, FLNG may, in its Sole Opinion, allow berthing, unloading and receipt of Customer’s LNG in quantities in excess of the Maximum LNG Reception Quantity.

  • An excess reception fee (the “Excess Reception Fee”) if, in any Contract Year, FLNG receives quantities of LNG for Customer’s account in excess of the Maximum LNG Reception Quantity, payable in arrears upon Customer exceeding the Maximum LNG Reception Quantity.

  • Any such reception by FLNG of quantities in excess of the Maximum LNG Reception Quantity shall be subject to the Parties’ prior agreement upon a temporary increase in the *** for a specified period of time in order to allow Customer to receive redelivery of such excess quantities within a reasonable time.

  • Unless otherwise requested by Customer, any quantities of LNG which were, under the Customer LNG Receipt Schedule, scheduled to be unloaded during the Contract Year but were actually unloaded at the Freeport Facility within the first *** days in the following Contract Year shall be, for the purposes of the Maximum LNG Reception Quantity, deemed to have been received by FLNG in the Contract Year in which such quantities were originally scheduled to be unloaded.

  • The berthing, unloading and receipt of such quantities in excess of the Maximum LNG Reception Quantity shall not be construed to alter or release the obligations of the Parties under this Agreement, except that Customer shall pay the Excess Reception Fee for such excess quantities and except as otherwise provided in the preceding sentence.

  • Customer shall have the right to have ongoing at any given time up to *** Temporary Releases for each *** MMBTUs of Maximum LNG Reception Quantity.

  • As a consequence of the transfer: (x) the total quantity of LNG transferred at the Receipt Point to the Transferee shall be credited toward the Transferor’s Maximum LNG Reception Quantity (or similar maximum contractual entitlement to receive LNG berthing, unloading and receipt services); (y) Retainage associated with the quantity of LNG transferred shall be deducted from the Transferor’s account, and (z) the increase in Minimum GRR as provided in Section 5.2(d)(ii)c.

  • If Customer’s LNG for a Contract Year is less than the Maximum LNG Reception Quantity for such Contract Year, the amounts paid by Customer under Section 4.1(a)(i)b shall be adjusted (pursuant to the provisions of Sections 4.6(b) and 4.6(c)) to relieve Customer from paying $0.05 on any Annual Shortfall.

Maximum LNG Reception Quantity means 390,550,000 MMBTUs of LNG per Contract Year; provided, that: (a) during the Build-Up Period, the Maximum LNG Reception Quantity shall be *** MMBTUs, provided that for the first Contract Year, the Maximum LNG Reception Quantity shall be prorated based upon the ratio that the number of days during such Contract Year bears to three hundred sixty-five (365); and (b) for the last Contract Year, the Maximum LNG Reception Quantity shall be prorated based upon the ratio that the number of days during such Contract Year bears to three hundred sixty-five (365).

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • Contract Quantity means the total number shares, contracts or other units of the Underlying Instrument that the Client is notionally buying or selling;
