Maximum Monthly Volume definition

Maximum Monthly Volume means the manufacturers estimate of how many impression can be run in ONE month while still maintaining an acceptable MCBC;
Maximum Monthly Volume shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(e).

Examples of Maximum Monthly Volume in a sentence

  • Manufacturer hereby represents that it has, or can obtain through Approved Subcontractors, the ability to manufacture the Product in quantities of up to two hundred thousand (200,000) individual Product units per month (the "Forecasted Maximum Monthly Volume").

  • Manufacturer further agrees that in the event Manufacturer is unable to meet the forecasted Maximum Monthly Volume when required by GRC as reflected in the 180 Day Forecasts and Annual Forecasts, then Manufacturer shall immediately notify GRC in writing of same so that GRC may, if desired, secure additional manufacturing assistance from third parties.

  • Any Titanium Conversion Services that TIMET determines pursuant to the Acceptance Procedure in Section 4.3 do not comply with the warranty set forth in Section 6.1 shall not count against the Maximum Monthly Volume or the Maximum Annual Volume.

Related to Maximum Monthly Volume

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.

  • Average Monthly Limit means the maximum allowable "Average Monthly Concentration" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l); otherwise, it means "Average Monthly Discharge Limitation" as defined in Section 22a-430-3(a) of the RCSA.

  • Service Volume means a measure of Services for which a Performance Target is set.

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.

  • Maximum Yield Supplement Amount means with respect to any Collection Period and the related Deposit Date, after giving effect to the Yield Supplement Amount, the maximum amount required to be on deposit in the Yield Supplement Account on the immediately succeeding Payment Date, which is equal to the present value (using an interest rate of: 0.25%) of the sum of all Yield Supplement Amounts for all future Payment Dates, assuming that future Scheduled Payments on the Discount Receivables are made on the date on which they are scheduled as being due.
