Maximum Parked Quantity definition

Maximum Parked Quantity and "MPQ" shall mean the maximum quantity of gas permitted to be in Customer's account on any Day as Park Service under Rate Schedule MNPAL.
Maximum Parked Quantity means, the maximum quantity of Gas (measured in MMBtu) that the maximum Parking Balance that the Shipper plans for a Day in the Transaction. The Maximum Parked Quantity shall be set forth in relevant Transaction.

  • Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.
