Maximum Quantity definition

Maximum Quantity means the NEQ in each division that may be moved for ship loading or discharge operations at designated locations; and
Maximum Quantity means 110% (one hundred and ten per cent) of the Total Quantity;
Maximum Quantity means the maximum hourly rate of flow of CO2, measured in SCFH.

  • Upon request from Shipper, Transporter may deliver Carbon Dioxide on any day in excess of the Daily Maximum Quantity, but Transporter shall not be obligated to do so.

Maximum Quantity has the meaning given in the Determination. Minister means the Minister who administers the Act.
